The new Garmin and Verizon partnership brings consumers the first LTE phone-less smart watch. This watch enables you to link up to 20 contacts with 3 of them being for emergencies, and alsol have the ability to download 500 songs and again you create playlists from the watch itself. The watch will have a GPS tracking system with other features such as a heart rate monitor, barometric altimeter, and a compass.
They have announced that this will be on the market for consumer purchase in five to eight weeks and will come in black with red accents and slate hardware options but as with all new technology be prepared for demand to be high and waiting for the product may become an issue.
